Qualifications

Technically minded, solution-oriented and hands-on – with solid expertise and many years of experience at the intersection of technology, processes and people, I develop sustainable and efficient solutions for companies.

As a Certified Technician HF (Business Processes), I combine analytical thinking with operational implementation. My focus is on optimizing business and production processes, project work and the structured introduction of improvements in ongoing operations – with an emphasis on quality, safety and efficiency.

In my role as Deputy Operations Manager, I took responsibility for quality assurance, schedule management and occupational safety (KOPAS). Leadership, organization and onboarding new employees are part of my profile, as is my work as a vocational trainer.

In addition, I hold the Swiss hospitality license (Wirtepatent). This is an important reference and underlines my strengths in organization, operations management and customer orientation, especially in hospitality and service-oriented environments.

With experience in technical administration, I am confident with BOMs, materials management, production planning and ERP, PLM and CRM systems. My profile is complemented by strong IT skills and continuous learning – currently including Python.
