The focus lies on two main areas: Industry and gastronomy. Different worlds – with the same objective: processes that work in everyday practice. In industry, technology, quality, deadlines and safety are central. Workflows are systematically analysed, further developed and sustainably implemented – including strong experience in quality assurance and occupational safety as a KOPAS specialist according to EKAS guideline 6508, as well as successful support of inspections and audits by labour authorities. In gastronomy, clarity, speed and practicality are key. Processes are designed to remain stable even under time pressure. Clear standards ensure consistent quality, better planning and noticeable relief in daily operations. The four service modules can be used individually or as a continuous support – from in-depth analysis to consistent and sustainable implementation.
