A-Z Process Engineering Zbinden is led by me as a Certified Technician HF (Higher Technical College) in Business Processes with a strong technical background.
My profile combines technology, processes and people. I focus on practical solutions, clear communication and improvements that work in everyday operations.
Technical Background and Experience
The foundation of my career is my training as a Commercial Vehicle Automotive Mechatronics Technician (EFZ) , complemented by many years of practical experience in maintenance, engineering, industrial and rail-related technical systems . Operational workflows are therefore familiar to me not only in theory, but through real day-to-day operations.
Today, my focus is on the analysis, optimization and implementation of business and production processes. I value clear structures, reliable interfaces and solutions that employees understand and leadership can effectively manage.
Leadership and Responsibility
In responsible roles – including as Deputy Operations Manager – I took on tasks in quality assurance, schedule management, organization and occupational safety .
Leadership, onboarding new employees and my work as a vocational trainer complement this profile.
Occupational Safety and KOPAS
As KOPAS (contact person for occupational safety) at R-Technik AG in Matten , I was responsible for introducing and implementing EKAS guideline 6508 .
The measures were integrated into daily operations and successfully inspected and audited by the responsible labour inspectorate .
Process Management and Digitalization
In addition, I bring experience in technical administration , including BOM maintenance, materials management and production planning , as well as confident use of ERP, PLM and CRM systems .
Strong IT skills in MS Office and ERP, PLM and CRM systems, combined with continuous professional development – currently including Python programming – enable me to support and improve processes digitally.
Hospitality and Business Management
Hospitality is also part of my professional background. With the Swiss hospitality licence (Wirtepatent) , I underline my competence in business management, customer orientation, organization and economic thinking .
This qualification is a valuable addition to my technical and organizational experience, especially for hospitality and service-oriented businesses.
